Chahal and Yadav made it to the Indian ODI team in place of the experienced duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. A lot of Indian fans raised their disappointment against the decision made by the Indian management, but both Yadav and Chahal have perfectly answered the critics by picking up wickets at regular intervals.

This performance earned them praises from Ashwin himself as he took to Twitter and wrote,

“India has been amazing in both the ODI s and the wristies have been amazing, great effort to go 2-0 up and fingers crossed for 6-0. Well done imVkohli , @yuzi_chahal and @imkuldeep18 #INDvSA.”
