Kuldeep Yadav, the young spinner who is setting the bar high which each game, was present in the Indian National Cricket team nets ahead of the second T20I against Australia. Meanwhile, India went down by three wickets in the first game of the two-match series.

The visitors presented a solid display of cricket with both bat and ball to steal the game away from the Indians. Batting first, the men in blues only managed to post 161 runs on the board. The batting-order failed miserably with KL Rahul only scoring a half-century. MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli got starts but failed to capitalise on it result why India struggled with the bat.

Although the bowlers did a good to make it tough for Australia, Glenn Maxwell and late strikes helped the Aussies sail past the target. The men in blue will be desperate to put on a better show with the bat in the second game in a bid to level the two-match series.

Kuldeep joins India’s nets

Ahead of the second game at Bengaluru, the Indian cricketers were training hard to level the series. The spinners were at their task once again practising hard to fox the Australian batters with their spin. Mayank Markande had an impressive debut and the squad also boasts Krunal Pandya and Yuzvendra Chahal. However, the selectors have given a break to Kuldeep Yadav, who has played a lot of cricket in the last few months. It will be a crucial break for him considering that the cricketers will play continuously from now on.

But Kuldeep, who is currently at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, joined the nets and had a chat with the spinners. Meanwhile, Kuldeep Yadav will join the squad for the last three ODIs as India will aim to fix the combinations for the World Cup.
