Windies’ convincing win in the third one-day international has made the series against India more exciting with only two games left and the series currently tied at 1-1.

Meanwhile, India suffered a setback in the third fixture after their middle-order crumbled. Virat Kohli was the lone star in their batting scoring yet another hundred, thus making it three out of three. The hosts will look to find solace in the return of all-rounder Kedar Jadhav, who was out of action due to injury. Furthermore, the likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant and MS Dhoni will have to do more to make sure it’s not a matter of India faltering when their captain falters.

On the other hand, Windies have played some good cricket in the ODIs, giving a tough fight to Kohli & Co. Shai Hope has been standout for them absorbing all the pressure put in by Indian bowling. Ashley Nurse has also done a fair job with both bat and ball along with Shimron Hetmyer, who has taken a toll on Indian bowlers.

They will look to continue their effort and cause another major setback at the Brabourne Stadium.

Weather Report

The temperature at the Brabourne Stadium will hover around 30 degrees Celsius with no chances of rain at all. However, the dew might come into play in the latter half of the game which will compel the skippers to chase.

While the last two first-class matches here were reasonably high scoring, the last of those was a tour match between India A and Australia that took place in February 2017. The last international at the venue was a Test match between India and Sri Lanka back in 2009.

With the series tied at 1-1, both India and Windies will give their everything to take a lead in this five-match series.
