So, it was all about Indians in the fourth ODI at Mumbai. India’s ace batsmen Rohit Sharma and Ambati Rayudu put on a show with the willow followed by the fantastic bowling effort by Khaleel Ahmed and Kuldeep Yadav done the trick for India to outsmart Jason Holder-led Windies. The victory also helped India to go 2-1 up in the 5-match series.

Initially, it was Virat Kohli, who won the toss and put Windies players on the field first. The scintillating knocks by Indian batsmen put a massive 377 on the board. In reply, Windies were folded out for just 153 on the board.

Didn’t get enough momentum – Jason Holder

Speaking of the loss, the skipper of Windies Jason Holder quoted that the team never put the things in place to get the upper hand on the game. He also added saying that they didn’t get the momentum to stop the run-flow from Indians.

Further, he also spoke on the poor run outs while chasing the massive tally on the board. As far as his batting order is concerned, Jason Holder feels that the position of the batting depends as per the team requirements.

”We didn’t play well enough today. We allowed them to score too many. Lost wickets up front, and didn’t bat well enough. Didn’t get enough momentum,” Jason Holder quoted in the post-match presentation.

‘You try not to get run-out, you try to build a partnership up front, and that didn’t happen. We had to do a lot to rebuild, but that never happened.  I’ve been hearing about batting higher up the order myself, but need to see our team balance. Maybe next game,” he added to his lines.

However, it has been a massive victory for Team India. As Jason Holder termed, India was pretty top-class and never allowed them to get into the game.
