How cool was it from Rohit Sharma the other day in Mumbai? The classy right-handed marked his return to Mumbai with a massive score to his name. He looked all set for yet another double century, but unfortunately, couldn’t do so. Meanwhile, Brian Lara lauded Rohit Sharma for using the conditions better than the rest.

Rohit Sharma had struck superbly to bring his 21st century in ODI format. As usual, he hasn’t left it out and showed his brutal side in the last ten overs of the game. During the course, he also completed his 7th 150+ score as well.

Speaking of Rohit’s knock in the 4th ODI of the series, the former Windies great, Brian Lara quoted the Indian opener is always a class act and also knows how to use the conditions well on his day.

Further, Lara added saying he loves Rohit Sharma’s concentration even after scoring a century, which is helping him to knock daddy hundreds. Meanwhile, he also lauded his way of dealing the things calmly.

”I love his batting. And, batting in Indian conditions is favourable, on most occasions. When you are an opening batsman, you can accomplish a hundred. And, when you achieved that somewhere in between 41-50 overs, you can get the big score for the team,” Brian Lara quoted in an interview with Cricketnext.

”This is not only his seventh 150+ but also scored three double centuries previously. That is a sign that he loves to bat for a long time.  In the past, I have seen many players going for the big shots after completing their century. But, that is not the case with Rohit Sharma. He never loses his concentration,” he added.

However, as Brian Lara said, Rohit Sharma has got the incredible ability to make use of the batting conditions. Of late, in every series, the vice-captain of India is marking his presence with at least one big knock to his name.
