India vs Windies 2018: Sachin Tendulkar Congratulates Virat Kohli for Hat Trick of Hundreds

However, Virat Kohli was able to come up with the special effort as he scored three ODI hundreds on the trot. Thus, his idol Sachin Tendulkar took to his Twitter account to congratulate him. Sachin said a hat-trick of hundreds is an incredible feat by a special player.

Meanwhile, Kohli continued to produce runs like a machine in the ongoing series against the Windies. Kohli had scored a fine 140 in the first match of the series. Subsequently, he was awarded the Man of the match for his blistering innings. He backed it with another masterclass of unbeaten 157 in the second match, which ended in a stalemate.

Finally, he scored another fine knock of 107 in the third ODI. However, Kohli’s knock went in vain as India went on to lose the match by 43 runs. In fact, this was the third time in which Kohli’s hundred has gone in vain and India have lost that particular match.

Therefore, Virat Kohli is the most consistent batsman. He has made his good habit of scoring runs in every match and looks at ease from the get-go. Thus, Kohli will like to continue with his scintillating form.

Meanwhile, Kohli had also become the fastest to reach 10,000 ODI runs in 205 innings. He had bettered the record of his idol Sachin Tendulkar, who reached the milestone in 259 innings. Hence, Kohli is continuing his penchant of breaking and creating new annals in the game.
