The second One Day International between India and Windies has shifted its base to Vishkhapatnam. Earlier, the Holkar Stadium at Indore was to originally host the second match between the two sides. The second One-Day between India and Windies will take place on 24th October. Meanwhile, as there was a ticket issue with the Indore stadium, Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided to change the venue.

Consequently, the Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium will host the second match of the five-match series. Meanwhile, the rest of the series itinerary is going to remain the same.

India will like to continue home domination.

The first ODI is going to be played at Guwahati on 21st October. Meanwhile, the third and fourth One-Dayer will take place on 27 and 29th October at Pune and Mumbai respectively. The final and fifth ODI will take place on 1 November at Thiruvananthapuram.

A three-match T20I will be followed after the completion of 50-overs series. Meanwhile, a two-match Test series is going to take place before the limited-overs leg.

The first Test match will be played at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot from 4th October. The second Test match will take place from 12th October.

Virat Kohli is going to return to the helm in the coming series. Kohli was rested for the recently concluded Asia Cup, which India went on to win. Meanwhile, Indian selectors have added some new faces for the two-match Test series. Thus, it would be a good chance for the young lads to make a mark on the side.
