Indian Legend Virender Sehwag Pays Tribute to Ab de Villiers

Former India cricketer, Virender Sehwag has paid tribute to the South African legend, AB de Villiers on Twitter.

The Proteas superstar had decided to retire from all forms of international cricket, earlier on Wednesday.

The news sent shock waves across cricketing world much. AB de Villiers is regarded as one of the finest cricketers of all times. His incredible technique to adapt to all conditions across the globe garnered him plenty of fans.

Having recently played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in Indian Premier League, Ab de Villiers made the shocking decision.

However, soon after the news broke, wishes started pouring in from fans and cricketing stalwarts alike. Virender Sehwag in his tweet has insisted that international cricket will be much poorer without AB de Villiers in it.

AB de Villiers- A complete player

Despite the massive stats AB de Villiers raked up in his career, the premier batsman will be most cherished for his adaptability across the formats. He has perfect technique to counter any situation across the three formats.

Perhaps no player in the history of the game can bat, as de Villiers did in his decade-long career. If situation asks, AB de Villiers can block 300 balls to save a Test match. If runs are needed, he can also score a hundred in just 30 balls.
