IPL 2018: Chris Woakes Sold to Royal Challengers Bangalore for 7.4 Crores

Chris Woakes was sold to Royal Challengers Bangalore for 7.4 crores. The England all-rounder has been in exceptional form of late and has been instrumental in some of England’s victories. Woakes played for Kolkata Knight Riders in 2017 IPL. Woakes had an average first season with the bat in his debut IPL season. However, he had exceptional with the ball as he picked up 17 wickets in 13 matches.
Chennai Super Kings made the opening bid for Woakes but Royal Challengers Bangalore made the final bid for 7.4 crores.
