After sixty hard-fought matches, Chennai Super Kings won the eleventh season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2018) by eight wickets against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The Men in Yellow put together consistent performances right throughout to emerge as title winners.

Indian Premier League provides a perfect platform for the youngster to showcase their talent. The eleventh season of the IPL also came up with a truckload of opportunities for the young lads.

Meanwhile, it was a long post-match presentation after the IPL distributed a plethora of awards.

Rishabh Pant scored 684 in the 14 matches he played for the Delhi Daredevils. Moreover, Pant was also awarded the stylish player of the season. He bagged INR 10 lakhs for each of his awards.

IPL Fair play Award: Mumbai Indians.

Rohit Sharma-led team won the IPL fair play award for playing the tournament in the right spirit.

Delhi Daredevil’s Trent Boult plucked a beautiful catch at the boundary rope to sent back Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli.

Most Valuable Player of the season: (Man of the series): Sunil Narine

Sunil Narine bagged the Most Valuable Player of the season for his all-around performance in IPL 2018. The Windies all-rounder scored 357 runs in the 15 innings and scalped 17 wickets in the 16 matches he played for KKR. Furthermore, Narine also bagged the Super Striker of the season.

Purple Cap (Most wickets): Andrew Tye

Kings XI Punjab Andrew Tye won the purple cap of the season. The Australian fast bowler scalped 24 wickets in the 14 matches for the Men in Red.

Orange Cap (Most Runs): Kane Williamson

Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper Kane Williamson won the Orange Cap. Consequently, stylish right-hander scored 735 runs in the 17 matches he played in the season. He’s third on the list of players with highest runs scored in a single season of IPL.
