Dhoni had missed the clash against Mumbai due to fever. Missing Dhoni was a big blow for Super Kings as their batting looked pedestrian. The Super Kings have played two games without Dhoni this season and have lost both. In the first loss, they managed just 132 against Sunrisers Hyderabad before being all out for just 109 against Mumbai. There were also doubts over his participation in the upcoming clash against Delhi as head coach Stephen Fleming said that the skipper was ‘pretty sick’. Speaking a day before the match, Fleming had said that a call on Dhoni’s participation would be be taken before the toss.

Well, it looks like Dhoni is fit and raring to go against Delhi. Unlike the game against Mumbai when Dhoni had not even come to the field, the skipper has arrived at the Chepauk. The Super Kings themselves confirmed the news by posting a tweet, showing Dhoni leaving the hotel to go to the ground.
