IPL 2020 Auction: From Chris Lynn To Glenn Maxwell - Complete List Of Overseas Players With Base Price

As always, the overseas players in the auction will be the major attraction during the IPL 2020 Auction. All the fans will eagerly wait for the turn of their favourite overseas players to check whether their favourite team is going after him or not. As many as 143 foreign players are shortlisted for the upcoming IPL 2020 auction, which will make it a must-watch event for the fans.

Seven overseas players have been listed at the highest base price of Rs 2 crores as the player auction list for Indian Premier League 2020 season is out with a total of 332 cricketers set to go under the hammer in Kolkata on December 19th, 2019.  Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Marsh, Dale Steyn, Angelo Mathews, Glenn Maxwell and Chris Lynn have been registered under the highest bracket of Rs 2 crore.

Glenn Maxwell and Chris Lynn are expected to cause a bidding war alongside Pat Cummins and Mitchell Marsh. Even in INR 1 Crore bracket, there are the likes of Aaron Finch, Evin Lewis, Marcus Stoinis, Sam Curran, James Pattinson and Tom Banton, who can cause the bidding war. All of them have the potential to come out as the highest-paid cricketer of the IPL 2020 auction as well.

In total, nine players were listed in the INR 1.5 Crore category. The England skipper Eoin Morgan, opener Jason Roy, All-rounder Chris Morris named in the list alongside Adam Zampa, Shaun Marsh, Kyle Abbott, David Willey and Kane Richardson. The likes of David Miller, Ben Cutting and the all-rounder Daniel Christian might also attract the bidders.

Surprisingly, the likes of Shimron Hetmyer, Kusal Perera, Dawid Malan and James Neesham placed in INR 50 Lakh Category. All of them are expected to cause a bidding war among the franchises, as they are capable of turning the tables for their respective sides. Franchises have asked to name Kesrick Williams, Mushfiqur Rahim and Adam Zampa alongside 21 other cricketers in the last minute, who might be picked during the auction.
