The second match of IPL 2020 will see Delhi Capitals take on Kings XI Punjab at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Both the teams are two of the only three teams who are yet to win the IPL and had contrasting campaigns in the last season of the tournament.

While DC capitals made it to the playoffs, their first since 2012, Kings XI Punjab failed to progress past the group stage once again. Both the sides do have the firepower to deliver the goods this season. Under Shreyas Iyer’s captaincy, DC will be keen to build on their last year’s performance.

On the other hand, KXIP will be looking to start afresh under a new captain (KL Rahul) and new coach (Anil Kumble). The opening game of IPL 2020 between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings lived up to the expectations and the onus is now on DC and KXIP to deliver a cracking contest.
