The IPL has unearthed plenty of talents over the years. Some have gone to the distance while others faded away with time. In twelve years, players have made the IPL a platform to showcase their talents, and have been successful till a certain point. But when many could represent their national teams others remained one-season wonders.
Paul Chandrashekar Valthaty had an explosive season with KXIP in 2011. He was much in talks due his 63 balls 120-run knock against Chennai Super Kings and ended the season as the sixth highest-run scorer. The opener had scored 483 runs in that season. But has been out-of-action ever since then.
