What an incredible spell it was for Lasith Malinga on the other night against New Zealand. Defending a low tally on the board, Lasith Malinga showed how it should be done to all the youngsters out there. Meanwhile, one of his students, Jasprit Bumrah rates Malinga’s spell as top-class.

Firstly, he castled Munro with beauty. It was also a 100th T20I wicket for him. Then, it was a  duck for Rutherford on return. On the pads this time on a fullish length. The new batsman, Rutherford goes for a flick but he is very late on the stroke. Though umpire didn’t give it on the field, the review taken by Malinga helped Sri Lanka to get back-to-back wickets.
