Jos Buttler Challenges His England Teammates To A Royal Rumble Match For WWE Title Gifted By Triple H

England’s ODI vice-captain Jos Buttler has started the race to keep the WWE title gifted by WWE CEO, Triple H as he has challenged his England teammates to a Royal Rumble match, the winner of which will keep the title.

Triple H had gifted a customised WWE title to England’s World Cup-winning team. Buttler became the first England cricketer to show interest in the title and took no time in challenging other players to a match.

In a Royal Rumble match, superstars eliminate each other from the ring by sending them over the top rope. The last man standing in the ring is declared as the winner of the match.

England created history on July 14 as they became the world champions for the first time, ending the drought of 44 years. The match had a controversial end due to umpiring howlers. The World Cup final had everything, drama, action and thrill. In the end, England prevailed and clinched the trophy.

Going ahead, the England boys are set for a busy season ahead as they take on Ireland in a historic four-day Test from July 24. Buttler is not a part of the squad and has been rested for the match. In the absence of few regulars, England handed maiden Test call-up to England’s World Cup star Jason Roy. Lewis Gregory is another new face in the Test squad.

Buttler, along with few other rested players, will return to the squad for the much-awaited Ashes 2019 that will kick off on August 1.

Talking of WWE, the company is all set to create history on Monday as former veteran of the sport will return to the show. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and other veterans will make an appearance on the show next week.

The company is also gearing up for SummerSlam 2019, biggest show of the summer. The comeback of Brock Lesnar has made the things interesting in WWE and the present WWE Universal champion will be facing Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2019.
