With no action going around at the moment due to the coronavirus pandemic, cricketers around the globe are trying out different activities to keep themselves busy. From the likes of David Warner and Yuzvendra Chahal doing TikTok videos to the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and others doing live sessions on Instagram, cricketers have been making the most of the social media platform during the lull period.

And on Sunday, India batting ace KL Rahul decided to interact with the fans. The right-handed batsman took to Twitter to conduct a question and answer session for his followers. As expected, the fans bombarded him with a number of interesting questions and KL Rahul answered most of them.

One of the fans asked him to name his favourite batsman of all time. In reply, the Karnataka star named his former Royal Challengers Bangalore teammate AB de Villiers as his favourite batsman of all time, tweeting:

If not for the pandemic, both KL Rahul and de Villiers would have been playing in the IPL. The thirteenth edition of the league was scheduled to start on March 29 but the BCCI has suspended the league indefinitely in the light of the pandemic. The season would have been very special for KL Rahul as he was going to lead an IPL team as a permanent captain for the very first time in his career.
