The ingenious Twitter user who goes by the name of Bollywood G**** has summed up the ICC Awards 2017 in his four pictures which is further doing the rounds over the internet.

The user took to the micro-blogging site after the world-body of cricket International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed as many as 11 awards on Thursday (January 18).

The memes flooded the social media site which further saw Twitterati witnessing awkward moment before going bonkers.

However, it further saw the Team India skipper Virat Kohli clinched the two massive awards (ICC Cricketer of the Year, ICC ODI Cricketer of the Year) under his belt and he was also announced as the skipper of ODI team and Test team respectively.

The hilarious selection from the user announced four awards as some might not sit well with the readers.

The list of side-splitting awards goes by the interesting title of: ‘The #ICCAwards that paid media won’t show you’.

Here’s is the list of four awards:

  1.  ICC Awards 2017; Soft P**n of the Year – Steven Smith and Wriddhiman Saha:

The incident happened during the Border-Gavaskar four-match Test series when gloveman Wriddhiman Saha tried to get hold of the ball between the legs and pads of Steven Smith during the Ranchi Test when Ravindra Jadeja was bowling before Australian skipper collapsed on the ground as both ended up in an awkward position.

  1. ICC Awards 2017; Break Up of the Year – Anil Kumble, Virat Kohli

Before former cricketers cringed over the exit of the former Indian coach Anil Kumble, the spat between Team India skipper and former leg-spinner from Karnataka has grabbed the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The rift between Kumble and Kohli came to light following the disagreements regarding the selection of the chinaman Kuldeep Yadav and Karun Nair, who has been discarded after the Chepauk triple-hundred against England.

However, following the marriage of Kohli, Kumble has turned to the reception in Mumbai to wish the batting mainstay and his wife, Anushka Sharma.

Interestingly, the verified user has further congratulated both the professionals.

  1. ICC Awards 2017; Expression of the Year – Ishant Sharma’s face contortion:

During the Border-Gavaskar Test series, it’s more than cricket and which was equally justified by lanky fast bowler Ishant Sharma when he mocked Steven Smith who left commentators in splits.

However, the face contortion has further become a serious challenge for the commentators which included Brett Lee, Matthew Hayden, Sanjay Manjrekar, Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, Aakash Chopra, Michael Clarke and Ravi Shastri, who succeeded Kumble as the chief coach and believed ‘just a stare is good enough’.

However, Ishant later on in the What the Duck interview with Vikram Sathaye revealed Smith was saying: ‘Well bowled, mate’ since Pune Test before his imitation became viral.

  1. ICC Awards 2017; KLPD of the Year: Jasprit Bumrah’s no-ball:

Seen as the familiar tale for the unorthodox bowler Jasprit Bumrah when it comes to the no-balls, as one of the no-balls could have turned the game in India’s favour in the grand finale of the ICC Champions Trophy.

The incident happened in the final between India and arch-rivals Pakistan when Bumrah dismissed left-handed batsman Fakhar Zaman off a front foot no-ball before the left-handed batsman smashed a match-winning hundred.

The 24-year-old Ahmedabad-born Bumrah was bowling the four over of Pakistani innings when the score was eight on the board.
