Ravindra Jadeja looks more or less certain to play a big role in India’s World Cup campaign. Not many would have thought that the allrounder would be preferred in the playing eleven but his performance in the first warm-up game is more than likely to compel the team-management to think about him. In testing conditions at the Oval and against a quality pace attack of New Zealand, Jadeja showed his class.

On a grassy wicket,  India’s top and middle-order was blown away by Trent Boult and Jimmy Neesham as they tottered at 91 for seven before even half the overs of the innings were bowled. India were looking set to post an embarrassing total before Jadeja scored 54 from 50 and added 62 for the ninth wicket with Kuldeep Yadav to guide India to a respectable 179. India, however, still ended up losing the game by 6 wickets.

Well only time will tell whether Jadeja goes on and replicate his 2013 Champions Trophy heroics. But ahead of the competition, the allrounder is looking in a good mood. He recently took part in a fun chat session with the International Cricket Council (ICC) and spilled the beans on many secrets about the Indian team. From the biggest selfie lover, worst dancer to who Googles himself the most, Jadeja faced all the questions and revealed quite some interesting answers.

The Saurashtra star named Shikhar Dhawan when asked who loves to click a selfie. Ravindra Jadeja hilariously picked MS Dhoni as the worst dancer of the team before saying that skipper Virat Kohli is the one who loves to grab the microphone at a Karaoke. Interestingly, he picked Jasprit Bumrah when asked which player loves to watch romantic comedies.

Yuzvendra Chahal then found mentions in two categories – player who Googles himself the most and the grumpiest in the morning. Star opener Rohit Sharma also got two mentions – player who is a coffee snob and is always late for the team bus. Jadeja then picked Kohli and Dhawan again after being asked the player who is at the gym all the time and who spends most time with his phone.
