In the latest, we came across Gregory Mahlokwana of South Africa bowling with both arms, in fact, he got a wicket on both occasions in a single game of ongoing MSL 2019.

It was during the match between Durban Heat and Cape Town Blitz when Gregory Mahlokwana came to bowl his first over of the match. Initially, he bowled right-arm off-spin to Sarel Erwee, who smashed the ball straight to George Linde at covers and in the next delivery knocked out Dane Vilas.

Coming to the match report, initially, it was Durban Heat, who won the toss, opted to bowl first. Justifying the toss, the bowlers of Durban Heat delivered goods by knocking down openers of Cape Town for cheap scores. However, Ackerman and Asif Ali helped them to maintain the run rate throughout the innings.

At one stage, Cape Town looked like ending up close to 150 runs on the board, however, Asif Ali’s heroics of 43 runs in 26 balls with a couple of boundaries and 4 sixes. For Durban, Andile Phehlukwayo picked up 2 wickets while the rest of the bowlers bagged one wicket each.

In reply to the chase, Dale Steyn once again delivered the goods by knocking down Alex Hales for a duck. However, Wihan Lubbe of Durban has played with his heart out, who smashed 83 runs off 42 balls. It includes 7 boundaries and 5 sixes and runs were scored at 197 strike rate.

Still, they failed to chase down the tally, as Cape Town bowlers were smart enough in pulling things back. Dale Steyn, who finished with 2 wickets, was adjudged as man of the match.
