Expect the pitch in Christchurch to favour the bowlers, a like the conditions in Wellington. Most India batsmen have already exposed their difficulties in facing the New Zealand bowlers and adjusting to their pace and movement. But they might seem to change their approach play and make a more cautious approach from the onset of the match.

With Prithvi Shaw missing the training due to swelling in his feet, Shubman Gill could be given a chance to open along with Mayank Agarwal.

Test specialist Cheteshwar Pujara disappointed in Wellington but he along with India captain Virat Kohli will look to provide resilience and save India from registering a 0-2 whitewash against New Zealand.

Kyle Jamieson on focus

Trent Boult, Tim Southee were among wickets but debutant Kyle Jamieson wrecked most of the havoc for India in the first Test. His 130-135 kmph pace with movement will come handy on the green-top and India batsmen will be wary of it.
