Indian mauling of South Africa by 5-1 at their own turf belonged to one name Virat Kohli. Praises from all around the globe started to pour in for Virat after he smashed his fourth ton on the tour.

One of the many congratulatory messages for Kohli came from Afghanistan superstar Rashid Khan. Young Rashid tagged Kohli as a machine when it comes to scoring runs, smashing tons or chasing down the totals.

Rashid’s tweet also suggested that the combination of all the above forms the class of Kohli. With the help of his unbeaten knock of 129 which came of just 96 deliveries, India won the sixth ODI by eight wickets in Centurion on Friday.

Runs machine + Hundreds machine +Chasing Machine = @imVkohli Bhai ???????? outclass,” tweeted Rashid Khan.

Furthermore, with his aggregate of 558 runs in the series, he becomes the first batsman to ever cross the 500 run mark in a bilateral series and als0 in South Africa.

The ton machine went on to topple another record after he surpassed Hashim Amla to be the quickest to reach 17,000 international runs mark.

Kohli also took his tally of ODI tons to 35 and 56 across all formats and is now in touching distance with Sachin’s record.

I got 8-9 years left in my career. I want to make the most of it. Want to train as hard as I can. It’s a blessing from God that I’m healthy. I’m getting to play for my country. I get to captain my country. It’s an honour. I just look at it that way. I just keep my head down so I can give 120% for the team,” said Kohli during the post-match presentation.
