It has been nearly a year since Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed Jos Buttler by Mankad in the last edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, it looks like Rajasthan Royals have still not moved on from the incident as they recently took a dig at the spinner for the same. Well, one can feel for the Royals since that incident cost them the game.

With Jos Buttler going great guns with the bat, the Royals were on course for an easy win. However, the Mankad incident completely changed the course of the game as Royals slipped after Buttler’s dismissal. A win in that game would have seen Royals made it to playoffs but instead they ended up at the seventh spot in the points table.
