Report: Hardik Pandya Apologizes to MS Dhoni and Ravi Shastri For Controversial Comments

It is reported that India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya has apologized to former Indian skipper MS Dhoni and head coach Ravi Shastri. Pandya has apologised for his controversial comments on Koffee With Karan. Hardik Pandya has landed himself in the troubled waters and is set to get a two-match ban from the governing body.

Pandya had made controversial statements on the show and displayed his image that he is a womanizer. The misogynist comments, as it was expected didn’t go well with the fans as well as the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Pandya is in hot waters.

However, Hardik Pandya took to his Twitter account to apologise for his comments, but the damage had already been done. Thus, it was difficult for Pandya to save himself from trouble.

Meanwhile, as per the report by Mumbai Mirror, Hardik Pandya has conveyed his apology to MS Dhoni and Ravi Shastri. The report also stated that Hardik Pandya talked to his Krunal Pandya and family. Krunal Pandya had also given a video message on the show.

Pandya realised that his words were disrespectable.

“I made an appearance on the chat show where I have made certain statements without realising that these could be disrespectful and offend sensitivities of viewers for which I am sincerely regretful,” he wrote in his response, which is in PTI’s possession.

“I would like to assure you that there was no malice or any sort of ill-intent on my part to offend anyone or portray any section of the society in bad light. The statements came out in the flow of the show. I had not comprehended the extent to which my statements would be found offensive,” he added.

Hardik Pandya’s comments were immature and he would now have to bear the repercussions.
