Rest Of India vs Vidarbha 2019: Irani Cup, Nagpur – Day 4 Review; Yet another masterful day for Hanuma Vihari in the ongoing Iran Cup match. He carried his glorious form to register two centuries in two innings and became the only second player to do so after Shikhar Dhawan. His stunning knock pushed the game to an eventful final Day.

Hanuma Vihari scored an unbeaten 180*:

In fact, Hanuma Vihari became the only player to score three centuries in a row in the Irani Cup history. He scored a century against the very same opposition in 2018. Now, he added two more centuries to the chart.

Initially, after the stunning day 3, Hanuma Vihari and Ajinkya Rahane continued their glorious partnership. They took away the honours of the first session with a stunning partnership between them.

After adding 229 runs for the 3rd wicket, Ajinkya Rahane was stumped when he looked solid at 87 runs. However, Hanuma Vihari carried his fine form to smash 180 runs to his name.

In between, Shreyas Iyer also joined the party to make things tough for Vidarbha side. The duo added an unbeaten 99-run partnership before declaring the innings. Shreyas Iyer finished with an unbeaten 61*.

Ankit Rajpoot knocks out Faiz Fazal:

The knocks from the duo helped Rest Of India to set a 280-run target on the board. In reply, Ankit Rajpoot delivered wicket right in the first over of the game, who rattled the defence of Faiz Fazal to see the wicket going for a walk.

Despite the initial jolt, Sanjay Raghunath and Atharwa Taide held in the middle to see the remaining tricky overs of the day. In the end, Sanjay and Taide were batting on 17* and 16* with 243 runs left to the victory.
