Haider Ali made his debut during Pakistan tour of England. He took no time to leave a mark on the game as he hit a blazing half-century on debut. Ali has taken lessons from Rohit Sharma’s batting videos. However, he feels that the early comparison with premier India batsman Rohit Sharma is unfair.

The youngster said that Rohit Sharma is a top batsman and the comparison makes him uncomfortable. He also added that he can perform in all three formats as he enjoys watching him play.
“He is a top batsman and I feel uncomfortable when anyone compares us. There is no comparison. He has already achieved so much,” said Haider.
“I can perform in all three formats as I enjoy playing in them. I had a good first-class season and our coach, Muhammad Wasim had given me good guidance at the Northern side,” he said.
Rohit Sharma is the only batsman to hit three double centuries in the ODI format, making it look like a cake walk. Two of his three double tons have come against Sri Lanka with career-best score of 264 runs.
