Ace Bangladesh cricketer Shakib Al Hasan has been ranked as the best all-rounder in One-Day cricket, according to the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings. He had lost the top One-Day ranking to Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan recently.

But in the latest ICC rankings, released after the recent Tri-series in Ireland, Shakib Al Hasan has once again regained the top slot. The top cricketer from Bangladesh has started playing in the top-order for the team, which made him deliver the goods on a consistent basis.

In the recent tri-series, Shakib totalled 140 runs, including two unbeaten half-centuries and also picked up two wickets. It took up his points to 359 to cross Jason Holder just ahead of the ICC World Cup 2019.

Now, Rashid Khan has been slipped to number 2 position while his senior and also the teammate for the ICC World Cup 2019 Mohammad Nabi finishes the top 3 rankings in the ICC Chart. Pakistan’s all-rounder Imad Wasim, who did well in the series against England has bagged the number 4 rank.

Following him, it is Mitchell Santner and Chris Woakes, who takes 5 and 6 places respectively. Chris Woakes has gained four places in the series against Pakistan. The next best after Woakes is the Pakistan all-rounder, who recently got the green signal to bowl, Mohammad Hafeez placed at 7th.

Jason Holder, who had a poor stint in the tri-series has slipped down to an 8th position in the table. However, he is the best all-rounder from Windies team in the chart. Coming to the 9th position, it is Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza, who takes the 9th while Sri Lanka’s Angelo Mathews finished on 10th.

The flamboyant English cricket, who is regarded as the best in the world cricket is at 11th position while only India in the top 12 is Kedar Jadhav, who is currently recovering from the shoulder injury for ICC World Cup 2019. Jadhav shares the rank with Moeen Ali. The top-20 chart has ended with Hardik Pandya.
