Sana Ganguly, daughter of former India captain and BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, has been in the news a lot in recent times. A couple of weeks ago, she was all over the news for her post in the wake of the protests over Citizenship Amendment Act.

With youth across the country agitating and standing in solidarity with Delhi’s Jamia Millia Islamia University students against the police crackdown on protesters,  Sana took to Instagram to share an excerpt from Khushwant Singh’s ‘The End of India’ and voiced her dissent. While many praised her for her stand over the matter, there were many who also criticised her for the same.

Later, Sourav Ganguly himself asked that his daughter be kept out of all these issues and said that she is too young to know about politics. The legendary cricketer took to Twitter to urge the fans not to drag her daughter in politics. But barring this, the 18-year old has been in the news only for pulling the legs of her famous father on Instagram.

Sana Ganguly trolls her father:

Sana Ganguly was up to her old tricks once again on Sunday as she brutally trolled Sourav Ganguly. It all started when Sourav Ganguly took to Instagram to state that he hates working on Sundays. The BCCI boss posted a picture of himself and wrote:

“Hate working on a Sunday.”

And as if working on Sunday was not enough, Ganguly ended up getting trolled by his 18-year daughter as she hilariously replied:

“Guess who’s not working and in bed till 12??Way to go dad ..?”

Sourav Ganguly, meanwhile, is really busy in his new role. In just a couple of months, he has done a number of tasks including convincing Team India to play their first-ever pink-ball Test. The BCCI president also confirmed that there would be a Asia XI vs World XI game to mark the opening of the Sardar Patel Stadium next year. He has also announced that BCCI is in talks with Australia and England over a four-nation super series.
