Meanwhile, it is learnt that the Chief of Committee of Administrators (CoA), Vinod Rai, is considering the idea of appointing an ad-hoc ombudsman when the date of the hearing is confirmed. Recently, they also revealed that behavioural classes for the cricketers will also get underway.

“Whatever the views of the ad-hoc ombudsman, they can be later presented to the ombudsman appointed by SC for approval. But at least, the enquiry process can be completed. And then, the players can start thinking about their cricket again,” a close source revealed as per Deccan Chronicle.

However, it would be interesting to see how things would pan out for the concerned cricketers. The duo would hope for the quick judgement, which can make things smooth going further.
