The Hundred 2019 Draft: Complete Squads Of 8 Teams; The most awaiting tournament has completed their draft programme on Sunday. All the teams got iconic players and the team staff is smart enough in bagging the perfect squad to represent their side. Each team got the superstars to lighten the tournament with their blitz. In total, eight teams will be participating in ”The Hundred” competition.

Chris Gayle ignored:

Rashid Khan was the first pick during drafts. The match-winner from Afghanistan set to represent Trent Rockets. Meanwhile, Southern Brave picked Andre Russell to make things fall in place. Andre Russell will join David Warner at Southern Brave thus bring enough firepower.

The first round was finished with Aaron Finch, who was roped in by Northern Superchargers. One of the major surprises during the auction was Chris Gayle. Despite having enough experience to take the game away from the opposition, he couldn’t attract the bidders.

Ben Stokes joins Aaron Finch:

The match-winner of England Ben Stokes has joined Aaron Finch while Pakistan star batsman and newly appointed skipper for the T20 mix – Babar Azam also went unsold.  The England skipper Eoin Morgan will be the icon for London Spirit.

Other notable names in the chart are Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc and Jonny Bairstow, who all are playing for Welsh Fire. Significant names to miss out are Lasith Malinga and Kagiso Rabada.
