Twitter Calls Virat Kohli "GOAT'', ICC Isn't Sure Of It

The Indian skipper Virat Kohli is the most happening cricketer in the world cricket. The presence of Virat Kohli itself is the headliner in the world news. Meanwhile, the Twitter Panel of Twitter has quoted that the Indian Skipper is the “GOAT”, which means Greatest Of All Time. Surprisingly, ICC has raised its concern.

Replying to Twitter’s tweet, the International Cricket Council replied quoting ”Ok. Virat did sweep the #ICCAwards this week, but is he really in GOAT territory yet @Twitter?

Recently, Virat Kohli became the first player in history to win the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy. And also, ICC Cricketer of the Year, the ICC Men’s Test Player of the Year and the ICC ODI Player of the Year awards following an extraordinary 2018.

Earlier, he found a place on the ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year 2018, ICC Men’s Test Cricketer of the Year 2018 as well as ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year 2018 Virat Kohli became the first cricketer ever to win all three honours in the same calendar year.

Kohli scored 1,322 runs at an average of 55.08 in 13 Tests with five centuries during the calendar year while in 14 ODIs he amassed 1202 runs at an astonishing average of 133.55 with six centuries. Besides that, he also scored 211 runs in 10 T20Is.

Currently, Virat Kohli is assigned to lead the Indian  National Cricket Team against New Zealand in the 5-match ODI series. It will be followed by the Australian series and then the major event ICC World Cup 2019.

In between, the team management and the Board of Control for Cricket in India have asked him to take rest for a final couple of ODI games and also for the 3-match T20I series.
