Twitter reacts to Aleem Dar's dodgy decision to save Virat Kohli from getting stumped

In an interesting turn of events at Port Elizabeth, Virat Kohli was adjudged as not out by the third umpire Aleem Dar. This raised quite a spark on Twitter. Few claim that it was not only the ‘benefit of doubt’ factor which ruled the decision in favour is Kohli.
There is a school of thought which believes that Kohli was adjudged as not out due to the ‘benefit of promotion’ of his hotel. A few days back, Kohli in a video message went on to congratulate Aleem Dar for his new hotel venture named ‘Dar’s Delighto’ in Lahore.
“Hello Aleem Bhai I have heard that you have opened a new restaurant–Dar’s Delighto-many congratulations on that and wish that your restaurant becomes just as successful as you are an umpire,” Kohli said in the video.
“Also heard that you want to make a school for deaf children through the earnings of this restaurant, so I hope that you accomplish that. Would encourage everyone to go and try his restaurant,” congratulated Kohli.
Cut to February 13, India was at a point of solidarity after losing the toss and being put into bat first. The Indian captain was involved in a war of words with RCB teammate Tabraiz Shamsi. Following this, Kohli missed a straighter one from the Chinaman.
Wicket-keeper Heinrich Klaasen and Shamsi were convinced about catching Virat Kohli outside the crease. Through the replays, none can boldly claim that some part of Kohli’s foot was inside the popping crease due to his extended stride.
Aleem Dar, on the contrary, ruled the decision in favour of the batsman. This was a major jailbreak moment for Kohli. Masses on Twitter, on the other hand, had an entirely different take on the whole situation.
