Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has had a great time in international cricket this year. The pundits have heavily praised his performances with the willow and with the ball. He has now cemented his place in the team courtesy to his quality performances for the same.

Apart from his bowling and batting skills, Hardik is also a brilliant fielder, and he once again proved that in the first T20 international against Sri Lanka today. Pandya was bowling to Akila Dananjaya, and the batsman tried to smash the delivery out of the park. But Akila did not make good contact with the ball, and it went straight back to Hardik who held on to it brilliantly.

The 24-year-old almost has no reaction time as the ball was travelling fast. But he successfully took the catch which shows how good a fielder he is of his bowling. At the end of the game, Sri Lanka was bowled out for 87 and Hardik finished picking up three wickets in the process.
