Virat Kohli's Responses to His Teammates' Congratulatory Messages

Ever since the marriage news of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma broke out, the social media has been flooded with congratulatory tweets for the adorable couple. It was a private ceremony which took place on 11^th December at Tuscany in Italy. He wanted to keep the marriage a close-knit affair, so only a handful of friends and close family members of both families were invited on that auspicious occasion.

Both Anushka and Kohli who are 29 years old tied the knot under Hindu rituals at a countryside resort in Tuscany. Barring his Indian teammates, there were several Pakistani players who took their twitter handles and wished the Indian skipper on getting hitched. Over the past couple of days, Virat has been personally replying to his well-wishers, and the reply to Ajnikya Rahane was one of the wittiest.

Rahane who is married since 2013 welcomed the skipper to the married club to which Virat said that he was looking forward to some marriage tips from his deputy in the longest format of the game. “Thanks, Jinx, looking forward to some tips from you,” Virat wrote. He also replied to Shikhar Dhawan by referring to him as Jatt Ji.

The speculation s surrounding their marriage started doing the rounds when Kohli opted to sit out from the limited overs assignment against Sri Lanka. Reports of their marriage in Italy started doing the rounds and finally putting all speculations to rest Anushka Sharma tied the knot with his cricketer beau Virat Kohli on 11^th December morning.

The couple has been dating each other since 2013 when they met each other during the shoot of a TV commercial. From there on the love quotient between them has gone up steadily. Like most other couples they too had their differences and announced their break up in 2016, but later in the year they were back together and were seen dancing merrily during the marriage of Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech.
