Virender Sehwag Sends Hilarious Birthday Wishes To Hardik Pandya

Former India opening batsman Virender Sehwag is known for his brutal hitting on the field and his antics on social media that has increased his fan following even more after the hard-hitting batsman announced his retirement from first-class cricket.

Virender Sehwag has seen taking the social media by storm, as his birthday wishes to his fellow cricketers became so popular that people cannot stop but burst out in laughter after reading what Viru has to say.

On Wednesday (11th October), Sehwag took to Twitter to congratulate India’s new all-around sensation, Hardik Pandya.

The Baroda-born turned 24 on Wednesday (October 11), and Sehwag made sure to wish him in his unique style as he tweeted: “Happy Birthday to one of the best modern day entertainer – my Kung Fu Pandya , @hardikpandya7 !.”

Pandya is one of the best modern-day entertainers around the cricketing fraternity. After an average start to his international career, the all-rounder has turned his career around in the past few months. The revival began with his sensational knock in the final of the Champions Trophy when he slammed 76 off just 43, though India lost to their arch-rivals Pakistan.

On his Test debut against Sri Lanka, Pandya could not contribute much with the bat but in the last match of the series, the all-rounder smashed the quickest century in Test cricket for India batting at number eight, he reached the milestone in just 86 balls and in his innings he hit eight boundaries and seven huge sixes.

Hardik is rated very highly and Virat Kohli and Ravi Shastri are trying to get the best of his abilities giving him the confidence to go on the field and play with freedom without worrying about the outcome.
