Virender Sehwag Sends 'Moustache' Birthday Wishes to Shikhar Dhawan

India’s former combative batsman Virender Sehwag gave his ‘Moustache’ birthday wishes to Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan. Team India’s southpaw opener is celebrating his 33rd birthday. Meanwhile, Sehwag came up with a typical Sehwag tweet to wish Shikhar Dhawan. Sehwag gave his best wishes for the coming year for Dhawan.

Meanwhile, Virender Sehwag asked Dhawan to keep smacking the bowlers. In fact, it is well known that Shikhar Dhawan has a penchant of his maintaining his moustache.

Dhawan is celebrating his 33rd birthday.

Shikhar Dhawan is currently out of the Test team. Dhawan could not come up with impressive batting display on the tour on England as he scored 162 runs in the eight innings and then he was subsequently dropped from the multi-day format. However, he was able to turn the tables in the Asia Cup. Furthermore, he had a fine T20I series against Australia and was adjudged the Man of the series.

Dhawan scored a blistering knock of 76 runs in the first T20I against Australia off just 42 balls. However, his knock went in vain as India lost the first T20I. Moreover, Dhawan once again gave a blistering start in the final and third T20I which helped India in levelling the series.

Subsequently, Dhawan will be seen in the Indian colours when the visitors will lock horns against Australia in the three-match ODI series.  The first ODI will take place on January 12.

On the other hand, Dhawan will play for Delhi Capitals in the forthcoming season of the Indian Premier League. Dhawan was traded with Sunrisers Hyderabad in place of Abhishek Sharma, Shahbaz Nadeem and Vijay Shankar.

Virender Sehwag took to his Twitter account to wish Dhawan. The post read as, “Moochhe hon Toh Nathulal Jaisi hon, Warna Gabbar Jaisi hon. Happy Birthday,y @SDhawan25 ! Aise hi, moochon aur bowlers ko ainthte raho”.
