Virender Sehwag Wishes "Right-Handed Brian Lara' Ajit Agarkar On His 40th Birthday

Former India allrounder Ajit Agarkar turned 40 on Monday (December 4) and not surprisingly his ex-teammate and Twitter king Virender Sehwag once again stole the limelight with his birthday message.

Sehwag has carved his own niche on Twitter with his unique and hilarious Tests. His witty and sarcastic posts have taken the social media by storm. Just like he used to entertain fans with his explosive batting, he has made sure to keep them entertained even after retiring from the game. The Nawab of Najafgarh, who loves to play with words, uses pun and wit to make his tweets attractive,  has made a habit of wishing his fellow cricketers on their birthdays in his own style and Agarkar was not spared either.

Mentioning  Agarkar’s Test hundred at Lords, a feat which even the legendary Sachin Tendulkar could not achieve, Sehwag called his former teammate right-handed Brian Lara and tweeted: “Happy Birthday to Right Handed Brian Lara , the #LordOfLords , Sri Agarkar. @imAagarkar , stay blessed. Bade bade batsman dream to score a hundred at Lord’s. Will watch highlight of your innings after dinner and enjoy.

Agarkar represented India in 26 Tests, 191 One-Day Internationals and 4 T20 Internationals, picking up 349 international wickets. He also scored close to 2,000 international runs with the help of 1 century and three half-centuries.
