Watch: Harbhajan Singh Sends Wrestler Flying Out Of The Ring With Ferocious Slap

Well, it looks like veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh is not only good on a cricket field but also in a wrestling ring. The legendary spinner, who has not played for India for quite some time now, is grabbing the limelight for his cameo in a ring. The off-spinner is all over the social media after slapping an Indian wrestler at the Great Khali’s wrestling academy – Continental Wrestling Entertainment (CWE).

Harbhajan was invited to Great Khali’s wrestling academy – CWE – in Jalandhar, where things did not go as many would have thought. The proceedings began in usual manner as Harbhajan stepped inside the ring and gave a motivational speech to the youngsters to inspire them to pursue their dreams. However, things soon took a bizarre turn when one of the wrestlers stepped inside the ring.

He interrupted Harbhajan’s speech before introducing  himself as ‘Dubey Ji’. The wrestler, dressed as a police man, introduced himself as the Singham of CWE wrestling. Harbhajan tried to mock him and was subsequently challenged to a match by ‘Dubey Ji’. And the wrestler was pretty much taken aback with what followed. He tried to attack Harbhajan but the cricket star ducked in time before unleashing a tight slap on the wrestler. ‘Dubey Ji’ went flying outside the ring and did all he could do to rile the spinner up. Harbhajan, on the other hand, dropped the mic as the fans shouted ‘Bhajji, Bhajji’.

Harbhajan, meanwhile, has not played for India since appearing in the 2016 Asia Cup. He has completely fallen down the pecking order in recent times and is unlikely to return to the national team again. The off-spinner will be next seen in action for the Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming Indian Premier League.
