The Indian National Cricket team all-rounder Hardik Pandya is currently out of action from cricket due to a lower back injury. As a result, he missed the series against New Zealand and subsequent series against Australia. Meanwhile, recently he attended the wedding of Akash Ambani and was seen dancing with Bollywood director Karan Johar.

Hardik Pandya along with KL Rahul recently landed in troubled waters after they appeared in the popular chat show named Koffee With Karan. Pandya and Rahul, who went to the show earlier this year made misogynistic comments which didn’t go well with the general public. The makers had to pull down the episode from the internet after it triggered a countrywide controversy. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to suspend the cricketers immediately after the episode went air. Moreover, both Rahul and Pandya had to return to the country prior to the ODI series against Australia. After nearly a month, the apex body decided to lift their ban, and while Hardik Pandya joined the Indian squad in New Zealand, KL Rahul went to play for India A against England Lions.

Pandya-Johar having fun

The Committee of Administrators (COA) running Indian cricket on Thursday referred the investigation into Rahul and Pandya’s remarks to the newly-appointed Ombudsman D K Jain, who will decide if the cricketers will get a punishment more severe than the already served provisional suspensions.

However, there is no bitter feeling between Hardik Pandya and Karan Johar following the controversy. The duo recently was seen shaking their leg together at the wedding of Akash Ambani. As witnessed from the video, the duo was having tremendous fun during the wedding event.
