Watch: Rishabh Pant's Incredible One-Handed Six Against Windies

Rishabh Pant, on Sunday, bounced back to form in style, scoring his maiden T20I fifty, helping India beat Windies in the third and final T20I.

After an impressive display in the Tests, Pant was struggling to get going in the limited-overs format. He batted in a couple of One-Day Internationals and managed to score just 17 and 24. It was followed by knocks of 1 and 5 in the T20Is. However, the youngster roared back to form when it mattered the most.

Pant joined his senior teammate Shikhar Dhawan in the middle when India were in a precarious position. The hosts were reeling at 45 for 2 while chasing a daunting 182. But Pant and Dhawan shared 130 runs for the fourth wicket to put India on their way to victory.

While Dhawan was going great runs with the bat, Pant played the role of second fiddle to perfection.  The 130-run partnership between the duo is the 6th highest 3rd wicket partnership in the T20I format. It is also the second highest 3rd wicket stand for India in this format after the 134-run stand between Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina in the 2016 Adelaide T20I against Australia.

India, meanwhile, reached home on the very last ball of the innings. Dhawan scored 92 before falling on the penultimate ball of the game.

Pant, on the other hand, 58 off just 38 balls. The knock was studded with five fours and three sixes. And the best of the lot was his second six that he hit in the 13th over bowled by Kieron Pollard.  The Windies allrounder bowled a slower full delivery on off-stump. Not many batsmen would have tried to hit that ball for a six but Pant went for it and went on to clear the boundary.

But what caught everyone’s attention was that he executed the shot with just one hand. While hitting the shot, his bottom hand that is the left-hand came off the bat. But it did not make any difference as he cleared the boundary with ease.

Here is a clip of that incredible shot from Rishabh Pant:
