Ajinkya Rahane comes across as a shy and a reserved person. While most of his teammates rarely refrain from expressing their emotions on the field, Rahane makes sure to maintain his composure on the field. Well, Rajasthan Royals recently posted a video clip on their Twitter handle which is bound to change your perception of the Royals skipper. The clip showed Rajasthan Royals players enjoying some time with singer Jaz Dhami.

The Punjabi singer started the conversation with a Punjabi song before asking Manan Vohra to sing the next lines. He then asked Rahane to join in and it would be safe to say that the captain did not disappoint at all. The Mumbai star opted for Hindi song,’Aaj mausam bada beimaan hai’ and left everyone pleasantly surprised with his singing skill.

Here is the tweet posted by Rajasthan Royals:

Ajinkya Rahane, meanwhile, will be looking to guide his team to the title this season. The Royals have not enjoyed good outings in the league in recent years.

Rajasthan Royals won the inaugural edition of the IPL under the captaincy of Shane Warne, despite being written off as a title contender by the majority. But since then nothing much has gone their way. In 2015, the Supreme Court suspended them and Chennai Super Kings for two years over a corruption and match fixing scandal. The Royals returned to the competition for the 2018 season and made an instant impression by making it to the playoffs.

They will be looking to go all the way this season with the likes of Rahane, Steve Smith, Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes in the team. The Royals will open their campaign against Kings XI Punjab.
