Well, it looks like the India captain is yet to get over that incident as he was seen making fun of Smith’s failed DRS call in the recently-concluded One-Day International in Chennai. The incident took place in the 45th over when Marcus Stoinis‘ delivery hit Bhuvneshwar Kumar‘s pad but prior to it, the ball had made a good contact with the ball. As expected, the on-field umpire gave his decision in the Indian player’s favour.

However, the visitors, in desperate need of getting  a breakthrough, bizarrely reviewed the decision only to see the third umpire giving the same verdict as the on-field umpire. And as soon as Anil Kumar Chaudhary signaled that Australia’s review was wrong, Virat Kohli could not stop himself from making a funny gesture, shaking his shoulder like Smith does while batting before raising his finger to sarcastically show that Bhuvneshwar was out.\

Meanwhile, India went off to a winning start in the five-match series by winning the first match by 26 runs (DLS method). Batting first, the Men in Blue rode on fifties from Hardik Pandya and MS Dhoni to recover from a shaky start and put up a challenging 281 for 7 in the allotted 50 overs. In reply, Australia could manage only 137 for 9 in pursuit of 164 in 21 overs.
