West Indies have failed to apply themselves as a batting unit, as a result, have gone down in the T20Is. The change of formats will see a change in the leadership with Jason Holder coming back to take the responsibility. He will have a task at hand and will have cheer up the whole team in a bid to bounce back. This West Indies side have a lot of talented cricketers who will be keen to push their limits and play the best possible cricket to take an early lead in the series.

The management will look forward to Shikhar Dhawan to fire who had a mild outing in the T20Is. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma’s form will give the visitors an extra edge while Rishabh Pant’s late form will bolster India’s batting unit. The Men in Blues will be desperate to keep the winning run going as they aim to redeem themselves of a shocking World Cup defeat.
