Team India all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, who is currently out due to an injury he suffered during the Asia Cup, is celebrating his 25th birthday today.

Meanwhile, Pandya is yet to recover fully from his injury as BCCI left him out of the Test squad against Windies. Pandya played only one match in the recently concluded Asia Cup 2018. After missing out on India’s opener against Hong Kong, Hardik Pandya returned to the playing XI for the all-important group clash against Pakistan.

However, his participation ended prematurely as Pandya had to go out on a stretcher. The incident took place in the 18th over (17.5) when he missed his footing on his follow-through.

It was later revealed that Pandya suffered an acute lower back spasm during the match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. He was visibly in pain and had to be stretchered off the field.

Hardik Pandya’s absence, though, had little bearing on the match as India went on to record a resounding win over Pakistan. Rohit Sharma led India beat Pakistan once again in the Super Four clash before beating Bangladesh in a thrilling final to retain the Asia Cup title.

The all-rounder from Baroda, meanwhile, is nursing his injury and is likely to be fit for the one-dayers against Windies. India will play five ODIs and three T20Is against the visiting team starting from November 21.

However, since the clock ticked 12, wishes started pouring from all spheres on his social media accounts. Among those, the wishes from his teammates stood out.

Here is how the teammates of Hardik Pandya wished him on his 25th birthday:
