Harleen Deol Bought By Gujarat Giants
Harleen Deol, who plays for Himachal Pradesh in the domestic circuit, is a right-handed batter who also occasionally bowls right-arm spin.
She made her ODI debut in February 2019 and T20I debut in March 2019 against the same opposition, England. Also, she had become just the second female cricketer from Chandigarh to play for India after Taniya Bhatia.
Meanwhile, Harleen Deol entered the Women’s Premier League (WPL) auction with a base price of INR 40 lakh. Gujarat Giants made the opening bid for the 24-year-old and there was no other franchise to compete with the Giants.

Overall, Harleen Deol has played 7 ODIs and 22 T20Is for India Women’s National Cricket Team. She has scored 104 ODI runs and 245 T20I runs. Also, with her spin bowling, she has bagged 2 wickets in ODIs and 6 wickets in T20Is.
