Wriddhiman Saha is one of the modern-day great test wicket keepers. Since M.S. Dhoni’s retirement from Test Cricket in 2014, Saha has been a regular starter for team India. He has had a great journey so far and is only looking to improve in the coming days. Although he has had to face injuries in the initial days of his career, Saha has come back to his best and is currently doing well for Team India in Test Cricket.

In this short span, Saha has faced a lot of great bowlers. These include not only those against whom he had to bat but also those against whom he had to keep the wickets. Saha is a brilliant man behind the stumps. But there’s one Indian bowler that seems to trouble him.

Wriddhiman Saha reveals the toughest bowler to keep against

Wriddhiman Saha has revealed that none other than Jasprit Bumrah is the one bowler who has a lot of skill and is the most difficult to keep against. “Bumrah is the most difficult to keep to because of the angle he bowls from,” Saha said, as quoted by TimesNow. Saha added, “It’s one angle when a batsman plays the ball, and completely another when he doesn’t. For that reason, it’s important to be focused all the time while keeping to Bumrah.”

It might not come as a surprise to many as Jasprit Bumrah is indeed a world class bowler. He is not only India’s best bowler, but he has made a mark on World Cricket. In the recently held BCCI annual awards, Bumrah won the Best International Cricketer-Male award. He has recovered from his injury and is ready to hit the deck hard.
