Former Indian bowler Anil Kumble is the 4th player in this list. The former Indian spinner achieved rating points of 798 in ODIs in November 1996. With these rating points, the right-arm spinner had also reached the top spot in ODIs in ICC bowling rankings.

The leg-spinner scalped 334 wickets in 269 ODIs while playing for India from 1990 to 2007. So far, Kumble is the highest wicket-taker for India in ODI cricket. He represented India from 1978 to 1994 in ODI cricket. Kapil Dev had an average of 27.45 and an economy of 3.71 in his ODI career. He picked four-wicket hauls 3 times and a five-wicket haul once. His best bowling stats in a match read 43/5.
