ICC ODI CWC Chanllenge League A Schedule
There is absolutely no doubt that the cricket fans around the world eagerly wait for the Pakistan vs ENG (PAK vs ENG) matches. It is one of the fiercest rivalries in the game. The first-ever cricket match between the two sides took place in the year 1954 when they played a two-match Test series.
The four-match Test series had ended at 1-1. Seven years later in 1961/62 season, England won their first Test series against Pakistan.
More than two decades later, Pakistan won their first-ever Test series against England in 1983/84 season. The first ODI between Pakistan and England took place in 1974 while the first T20I between the two sides took place in 2006.
Drama, thrill, sledging and world-class cricket is guaranteed whenever these two teams meet. Unsurprisingly, the cricketing fraternity eagerly waits for these two giants of cricket to play against each other.
In 2024, England visited Pakistan for a three-match Test series. As per the PAK vs ENG schedule, the first Test is scheduled to be played from October 7 in Multan. The second Test will be played in Multan as well from October 15. Rawalpindi will be hosting the third game from October 24.
