Australia defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the semi-finals. Batting first, Pakistan opener Mohammad Rizwan scored most 67 runs. Fakhar Zaman also slammed a crucial knock of unbeaten 55 runs. Pakistan managed to get a good total to defend on the board.
Australia lost their opener Aaron Finch for a duck but David Warner slammed a 49-run knock. Later, Marcus Stoinis scored unbeaten 40 while Matthew Wade hit unbeaten 41 runs. With their 81-run partnership, Australia managed to win the match by 5 wickets in the end.
