Indian Cricket Team is coming back after successful T20I series victories against Australia and South Africa. The Men in Blue are once again looking for a dominant force. Back in India, people would be hoping that the team peaks at the right moment and avoids the 2021 debacle.

Skipper Rohit Sharma would be mightily pleased with the team’s performance as they have rediscovered their mojo. At the same time, he would be slightly worried as the bowlers are getting thrashed around the park.

Sanjay Bangar on Suryakumar Yadav

Former batting coach Sanjay Bangar was seen interacting with Star Sports and was asked about Suryakumar Yadav. “Suryakumar is on his first tour to Australia and the key factor for any player touring Australia for the first time is to get used to the pace and bounce of the wicket. I don’t think he will face any difficulties in facing the spin bowlers or the pace bowlers,” said Bangar.

“This is a good sign because he has been pivotal to the Indian batting lineup, especially in the middle order. So, for Suryakumar to make runs, it’s important for him to carry this confidence well into the World Cup,” he added.

Suryakumar Yadav Invaluable

The right-handed batter has been quite pivotal to the team’s batting setup. The batter has a unique ability to change the facets of the match in a short period. The right-handed batter is someone who can accelerate in the middle overs phase and inflict a lot of damage.

Head Coach Rahul Dravid and Skipper Rohit Sharma would be hoping that the batter thrives in Australian conditions. Suryakumar Yadav would be aware of the Australian boundaries as smashing sixes won’t be easy. It would be interesting to see whether he tweaks his natural game in the marquee tournament.
